Ingredients
6 tablespoons of matza flour (matze meil)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of sparkling water
50 cc of hot water
salt and pepper
chicken broth
Preparation
1. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper
2. Add the liquids
3. Add the matzah flour
3. Mix everything and take to the fridge for 30 minutes
4. Make balls the size of a ping pong ball
5. Place them in hot broth
6. Boil for 20 minutes.
7. Serve with the broth.
